We started our Managed Print Services at the request of our current customers. While laser printers do not break very often, when they do fail, it is a real headache. In addition, the cost of toner was getting higher every year. |

According to the Gartner Group, printing revenue is the third highest expense after payroll and rent. On average, many businesses unknowingly spend 7% to 12% of total revenue on document production, management and distribution. |

That is why we started our Managed Print Services Program and have successfully implemented this with many of our customers. These customers are enjoying a 25% - 40% savings on what they were spending on toner AND we are providing all service (labor-parts-maintenance kits-toner). Less money, less headache, but complete control.

Remember, you retain complete control of your printer fleet at all times.
You can add or remove printers from the program and it will not affect the rate. |

“No Risk”– Our program is “No Risk”. Try it for three months and if it is not what we said it would be, you can cancel with no penalty. Just give back the unused toner and you will only owe for the prints you made since the last invoice.

FM Audit – We use a high tech accurate software product that supplies you with valuable information. In the discovery process, you will see all of your printer fleet and the volume of prints on each printer. This same software will supply automated meter readings to our meter department, saving you time in pulling configuration sheets. You control this software at all times. |

Accurate Print Counts – You will have access to accurate print counts at any time. |
|
|
Automated Meters – No more faxes or annoying phone calls to collect meters. All meters on any connected device will be sent to our meter department.
|
|
|
You Control Your Printer Fleet – You maintain control of your printers at all times. You can add or subtract from the contract at ANY time. No change to your base. |

Flexible Program – Contract can be adjusted on a quarterly basis. |

Managed Print Services Contract – The contract is in your favor. You can lock in rates and base if you like but it is not necessary. You are in the driver’s seat at all times.
